Our pool by Innovative turned out absolutely beautiful! We were very confident in Eric Brooks from day one and choosing Innovative was easy. He listened to our ideas and desires and designed a fabulous and unique pool. Along the way, Eric went above and beyond, envisioning and implementing ideas that were right on. It was obvious from the start that Eric’s desire to create a pool that looked as great as possible was his primary focus. We had Innovative do it all, pool, fence, irrigation, landscaping, lighting, patios, and they pleasantly surprised us with every project. Dallas was also so kind and courteous and stayed on top of every detail. The stone work turned out incredible! Every sub-contractor took the time to build us something we’d love and we certainly do! The pool project went without a hitch from start to finish. Eric Brooks, Matt and company were very much on top of every detail. We have had great service in the past, but nothing compares to this. When it came to details I had not thought of myself, they already had it covered. In the end, our small courtyard pool looks and feels like a million dollars.
